To enable thousands of small and medium innovators that are bootstrapped, community-driven and building for pressing local needs.
Throughout my DPhil (Oxford University) and Post-doctorship (National Research Institute - INRIA, Paris) I focused on translatory AI research across areas as varied as real-time scene understanding for autonomous vehicles, augmented reality, healthcare, and labour economics.
My work has found applications through academic research (EPSRC, US DoD projects), startups (FiveAI, Vitally Health), and industrial partners (AP Hospital Group, QAPA job market platform, Dataiku for Enterprise AI).
I am proponent of open source innovation, collective standard-setting, and community-driven growth. I am leading DPI for AI efforts with my work on India Stack, specifically DEPA system for unlocking a responsible data and model economy.
